ABOUT

Born and raised in San Diego, Ashley’s love for the beach, travel, and adventure has always been a part of her spirit. Behind her smile was a lifetime of trauma, pain, and symptoms that felt endless—anxiety, depression, PTSD, panic attacks, stomach issues, hormone imbalances, skin conditions, and more.
Like many, she tried to numb it all away with unhealthy coping mechanisms. Becoming a mother changed everything. After the births of her two children, her daughter at the age of 3 years old lost 90% of her hair, and her son was born with a dysregulated nervous system. This brought her down a deep dive into healing her family. Finding the root cause for their systems.
Her healing journey began when she dove deep into Human Garage education program and learned about fascia release, hydration at the cellular level and lowering toxic load in their environment. For the first time, Ashley experienced real hope and transformation.
Today, she feels stronger—physically, mentally, and emotionally—than she did in her twenties. She has made it her mission to help others reclaim their health, release stored trauma, and step into their power.
